2. Submit a check for $250.00 per family, non-refundable registration fee (due in full before school enrollment)
3. Turn in copies of the following:
a. Child's official state-issued birth certificate
b. Copy of child's Social Security Card
c. Copies of child's Baptismal Certificate (where applicable)
d. Immunization records
e. Copy of previous year Report Card (where applicable)
By September 1 of the current year, the child must be (3) years of age to enter PreKindergarten 3, (4) years of age to enter PreKindergarten 4, (5) years of age to enter Kindergarten, and (6) years of age to enter First Grade.
Tours are available by appointment.
We will be offering hot lunches on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday for the 2011 - 2012 school year. The lunches will be $3.50 per meal. Your child will need to bring a sack lunch on Thursday and Friday. Lunches need to be nutritious and free of high sugar content if at all possible. (No glass containers or canned soda drinks are allowed – safety issue).
